The Food Runner provides quality service that exceeds Guest expectations by proactively embracing service standards.
Responsibilities
- Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support the servers.
- Assist servers during meal period.
- Must have knowledge of all menu items.
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assist the server with busing tables.
- Assisting servers in any capacity to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform the server or manager.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or management including side work responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally with guests, management and co-workers.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25lbs without assistance.
- Must be able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be to successfully complete ServSafe and TIPS (Alcohol Certification).
