✨ What You'll Do
You'll be at the center of our marketing efforts-helping plan, execute, and track campaigns across multiple channels.
- 🎯 Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, and community-based)
- 📅 Manage timelines, project schedules, approvals, and deliverables
- 🎉 Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives
- 🤝 Partner with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
- 📊 Track performance through reports, dashboards, and marketing data
- 💰 Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination
- 🌍 Support local events, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written verbal)
- Experience with:
- Email marketing & social media
- Digital marketing tools/platforms
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools
- Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Canva) to enhance marketing work
- Creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Self-starter who can work independently AND collaborate effectively
- Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting timelines
- Primarily remote role
- Travel up to ~50% within our service areas for events and initiatives
