Creative Content Producer & Coordinator

The Grind Marketing Collective
Cincinnati, OH Full Time
POSTED ON 5/22/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/19/2026

Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who still genuinely enjoys creating the work — filming, photographing, editing, designing, writing, and publishing content themselves — while growing strategically alongside the company and our clients.

We work primarily with industrial, manufacturing, construction, and blue-collar brands where marketing supports real business goals like sales, recruitment, customer trust, and long-term growth.

The right person is adaptable, hands-on, curious, collaborative, and excited by fast-moving environments where creativity, strategy, and execution all matter equally.

The Role:

As a mission-driven company, we aim to help blue-collar companies adopt marketing strategies that not only help them survive but thrive in today’s digital era — not by chasing trends, but by building connected marketing strategies rooted in real customer insight.

We are hard-working, passionate, resourceful trailblazers who love what we do and are looking for a Creative Content Producer & Strategist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, execution, and storytelling.

This is a hands-on creative production role focused on visual storytelling, content creation, and commercial marketing execution. We are looking for someone who still loves making the work — filming, photographing, editing, designing, writing, and publishing content — while growing strategically alongside the company and our clients.

In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of integrated creative and social strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for TGMC clients. This role requires a foundational understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and how to craft messaging that cuts through the noise while supporting real business goals.

You’ll help transform insights into meaningful, high-performing content and campaigns that build brand presence, customer trust, and measurable business results.

You will work directly with the Creative & Social Strategist and Director of Client & Creative Services, collaborating with creative, digital, and client service teams to support content and social strategy execution across multiple accounts.

Our work supports industrial, manufacturing, construction, and blue-collar brands where marketing directly impacts sales, recruitment, trust, dealer relationships, and long-term customer growth. This is not influencer marketing or lifestyle content creation. The goal is to build connected strategies that turn attention into action.

Who You Are:

  • A developing storyteller with a growing understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and commercial marketing.
  • Someone who enjoys both creative thinking and hands-on execution.
  • A creative thinker who pairs bold ideas with data-informed decision-making.
  • Analytical and curious — you track performance, ask “why,” and iterate quickly.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems resourcefully, and is excited to grow through real-world execution and ownership.
  • Someone who thrives in the balance between strategy and production — equally comfortable brainstorming campaign ideas and physically creating the content itself.
  • Obsessed with connecting real customer problems to meaningful content that drives engagement, trust, and action.
  • A strong communicator who can adapt tone, style, and format for diverse client industries and audiences.
  • Comfortable contributing to client-facing conversations and helping translate ideas into actionable content.
  • Someone who loves building relationships and can comfortably work with diverse personalities and levels of leadership both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

Creative & Social Strategy Support

  • Support the creative lead in maintaining consistent messaging and visual direction across client social platforms and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of persona-driven content and social media strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience behaviors.
  • Build and manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and platform-specific content plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist with social media and content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Help translate client goals into actionable creative that drives awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer trust.
  • Support the creative process from concept through execution — including capturing on-site content (photo and video), editing short-form video, developing graphics, and producing platform-optimized creative assets and messaging.
  • Help ensure social content aligns with broader content, digital, campaign, and business strategies.

Content Creation & Production

  • Write, edit, and optimize copy for posts, reels, stories, paid ads, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Capture and curate photos and short-form video at client locations, jobsites, events, and product demonstrations when necessary.
  • Independently create visual and written content for commercial marketing use across multiple industries and platforms.
  • Leverage SEO, AEO, hashtags, platform behavior, and algorithm best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Assist in managing publishing schedules and community engagement across client accounts.
  • Provide critical proofreading and brand voice alignment across all social media and creative deliverables.

Optimization & Performance

  • Support campaign budgeting, vendor coordination, and reporting while providing recommendations for optimization and strategy shifts when necessary.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs across platforms, identifying opportunities to improve content performance, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Run A/B tests, analyze data, and adjust creative strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social platform updates, AI-driven content tools, and evolving digital behaviors.

Client Engagement

  • Support social media and content strategy sessions and workshops, helping document priorities, KPIs, and campaign direction.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting strategies, campaign performance, and creative insights to clients in a clear and compelling way.
  • Contribute to a positive client experience by being responsive, organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented in your communication.

Expanded Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Extend creative thinking beyond social by contributing to website content, sales enablement materials, trade shows, events, and cross-channel marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and visual storytelling remain consistent across every brand touchpoint.
  • Play an active role in evolving TGMC’s creative approach by introducing fresh ideas, tools, workflows, and innovations that strengthen how we connect brands to their audiences.

How Success Will Be Measured:

  • Engagement Growth: Increased followers, reach, engagement, and audience quality across client channels.
  • Lead Generation & Conversions: Content and campaigns contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Client Satisfaction: Clients express confidence in your communication, creativity, responsiveness, and results.
  • On-Time Delivery: Campaigns, calendars, reporting, and creative deliverables are executed on schedule.
  • Innovation & Initiative: Proactive adoption of emerging tools, technologies, and creative approaches that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Creative Quality & Consistency: Content reflects TGMC standards for storytelling, professionalism, authenticity, and strategic alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields (agency, B2B, industrial, or commercial marketing experience strongly preferred).
  • Portfolio showcasing content, campaigns, or creative work you personally created — including photography, video, graphics, written content, or social campaigns.
  • Comfortable independently capturing and editing photo/video content for social and commercial use (smartphone proficiency required; DSLR/video editing experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, audience behavior, and content optimization.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent platforms.
  • Developing proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, native platform insights, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Working understanding of paid social, SEO/AEO principles, funnel-based messaging, and content performance tracking.
  • Comfortable working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or blue-collar environments where authenticity, adaptability, and professionalism matter.
