Responsibilities
- Supply and Logistics for Housekeepers: Stocking and distributing clean linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to housekeeping carts or linen closets on each floor so the room attendants have everything they need.
- Linen and Trash Removal: Collecting dirty linens and trash from guest rooms or floors and transporting them to the laundry facility or main disposal areas.
- Public Area Maintenance: Keeping common areas pristine, including hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobbies, public restrooms, fitness centers, and pool areas.
- Heavy Lifting and Furniture Moving: Transporting heavy items, moving furniture, delivering rollaway beds, cribs, or heavy luggage upon guest request.
- Deep Floor Care and Equipment Operation: Operating commercial cleaning equipment such as carpet shampooers, floor buffers, pressure washers, and heavy-duty vacuums.
- Basic Maintenance Support: Performing minor fixes (like changing lightbulbs or clearing simple clogs) and reporting major repair issues to the maintenance department.
