What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Omni Distribution LLC?
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Vacuuming and sweeping floors, dusting furniture and surfaces, deep-cleaning bathrooms (sinks, showers, toilets), and wiping down mirrors and windows.
- Bed Making and Linen Service: Changing dirty sheets, pillowcases, and towels for fresh ones, and making beds according to company or property standards.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenishing soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, towels, coffee, and other guest supplies.
- Laundry Operations: Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens or garments as required.
- Reporting Maintenance Issues: Inspecting rooms for damaged items (broken lights, plumbing leaks, electrical issues) and reporting them immediately to the maintenance team.
- Cart and Supply Management: Keeping housekeeping carts organized and fully stocked with cleaning supplies and linens at the start and end of each shift.
