Seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement Operations to lead procurement systems, teams, and end-to-end operational excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct reports and strong cross-functional visibility across Legal, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Strategic Sourcing.

๐ What Youโll Do
- Lead and oversee global Procurement Operations, including systems, processes, and team performance
- Own requisition-to-pay (R2P) processes, purchase orders, contract reviews, and approvals
- Partner with Legal, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Compliance to optimize supplier and contract management
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain a best-in-class internal control environment
- Manage Procurement Master Data, supplier risk evaluation, and transactional purchasing activities
- Develop and lead procurement metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and spend analytics
- Perform data mining and spend analysis to support category strategies, cost savings, and sourcing pipelines
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance management
- Build executive-ready business and financial presentations
- Proactively identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
๐ฏ What Weโre Looking For
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7 years of procurement operations experience
- 5 years hands-on experience with procurement systems, supplier analytics, and reporting
- Strong experience with procurement technologies (Oracle Cloud Fusion strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and shared services environments
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, mid-sized company environment
