Primary Job Responsibilities
● Cultivate lasting client relationships through engaging calls, video meetings, and in-person site visits
● Guide clients through the planning process by understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
● Coordinate and arrange premium services, including transfers, excursions, wine and beverage packages, and personalized special requests
● Collaborate with Hotel Operations, yacht staff, and other departments to coordinate onboard activities and deliver flawless guest experiences
Qualifications
● Proven experience as an Event Planner, or in luxury hospitality/client relations
● Strong knowledge of ports and destinations visited during chartered voyages
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presence
● Sales aptitude with the ability to build and maintain productive client relationships
● Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools for planning and communication
● Flexible and willing to travel, meeting clients in person to conduct meetings, set expectations, and adapt to dynamic client needs
