An established and highly respected financial services organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Product Analyst to support strategic digital initiatives focused on web, mobile, chat, and voice platforms. 🔹 Position Overview

You will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business objectives into system requirements, analyzing APIs and data flows, and supporting delivery across Agile product teams. This role offers strong exposure to modern digital ecosystems, enterprise integrations, and cross-functional product development.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications

• Analyze existing applications, APIs, and system capabilities to identify enhancement opportunities

• Perform SQL queries and data analysis to validate requirements and investigate issues

• Map data between integrated systems and external/vendor platforms

• Create system/interface documentation for applications and services

• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and release activities in Agile environments

• Execute functional validations and support issue resolution/root cause analysis

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Analysis, Product Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or related IT roles

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze data

• Experience analyzing APIs and integrations

• Understanding of multi-tier application architecture

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with external-facing web and mobile applications

• Hands-on experience with Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools

• Exposure to microservices / service-oriented architecture

• Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures
