Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents.
- Good written and verbal communication, and basic math skills.
- Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills.
- Ability to contribute as part of a team.
- Positive can-do attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in high-noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices.
- Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch.
- Ability to use a hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently.
- The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 50
