About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our production team assembling high-quality picture frame artwork. You will work alongside a skilled team in a bright, climate-controlled frameshop, producing finished artwork that customers are proud to hang in their homes and offices.

What You'll Do
- Cut and trim mats to precise measurements for framed artwork
- Mount artwork securely onto backing and into mat openings
- Fit and finish artwork inside frames, ensuring clean, professional results
- Install hanging hardware to completed frames for ready-to-hang delivery
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and presentation before packaging
- Box and prepare completed orders for safe shipment to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with our shop standards
What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision
- Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment (training provided)
- A steady hand and eye for detail — quality matters to us
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous assembly, production, or craftwork experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Work Environment
Monday – Friday · Standard Day Shift · 40 Hours Per Week
Work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled frameshop. No outdoor work, no heavy lifting, no mandatory overtime, and absolutely no nights or weekends. We believe a good work environment produces better work — and a better team.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
