Responsibilities
The Field Organizer with Kopp for Assembly will be working closely with the Campaign Manager, South Country Democratic Committee volunteers, and Suffolk County Democratic Committee staff. The Field Organizer will be researching the district and its demographics, then using this information to create comprehensive plans for voter outreach. The Field Organizer is responsible for working alongside stakeholders and partnering organizations, as well as representing the campaign in regular internal and external communications.
Qualifications
A strong candidate for the Field Organizer position should have worked as a Field Organizer in at least one campaign cycle previously. All candidates must have experience and confidence using tools like VoterBuilder and Mini Van. Additionally, a strong candidate should have excellent communication and managerial skills.
