Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, accurately pull orders, and ensure timely shipments. This position requires the ability to operate picking equipment, inspect shipments, and input data into a computer system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pull orders in preparation for prompt shipment.
- Input and manage data using computer systems.
- Inspect shipments with good visual acuity to ensure accuracy.
- Place orders in designated areas according to shipment type.
- Assist in warehouse maintenance and organization.
- Report any discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards, representing Omega Environmental Technologies responsibly.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capable of picking and handling parts and shipments as required.
