Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP of IT, the IT Support Technician will provide end user support and deploy hardware/software. This position is onsite and located in Macon, GA. This individual will work with various teams and divisions across the US & Canada to support end users and IT initiatives.
Desired Professional Skills and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in information systems or Equivalent Certifications.
- 3 years of experience in IT or related projects.
- Experience troubleshooting end user issues.
- Be knowledgeable in setup for enterprise hardware/software.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer software, hardware, network, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
- Speaking to users to quickly get to the root of their problem,
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
