🎯 Job Title: Patient Copay Support Representative (Seasonal)
What you’ll do:
You’ll be the friendly, front-line support for patients, caregivers, providers, pharmacies, and advocates who need help with:
- prescription insurance questions
- copay/benefit support
- out-of-pocket cost guidance
- medication access support
- researching common pharmacy claim issues
- accurately documenting every interaction
This role is all about empathy, clear communication, and helping people get the care they need—all while working within established program guidelines.
đź’Ľ Minimal Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare concepts like copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums
- Strong customer service communication skills (stay calm and professional!)
- Comfort with technology—able to navigate multiple systems, CRM tools, and documentation while chatting on the phone
- Ability to multitask, follow procedures, document accurately, protect confidential info, and escalate when needed
