We’re looking for HCC Auditors who bring strong expertise in:
Reviewing provider documentation
Applying ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
Accurately validating diagnosis codes assigned by coders
Providing clear, concise rationales when corrections are needed
This Medicaid Risk Adjustment role requires hands-on experience with:
Complete Code Capture across a wide range of ICD-10-CM diagnoses
All exam types and conditions
Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) documentation
Relevant family history coding
