About the Role
We are seeking a high-level, results-driven Executive Sales Manager to oversee and lead sales operations across both our Wadsworth and Cincinnati regions.
This is a strategic leadership position focused on performance management, accountability, coaching, and sustainable growth. The Executive Sales Manager will work closely with Regional Managers and Training Managers to ensure both markets operate at peak performance.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who thrives on structure, leadership development, and driving measurable revenue results across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do as Executive Sales Manager
- Provide executive oversight for sales performance in Wadsworth, Columbus, and Cincinnati ( when other offices open)
- Lead Regional Sales Managers and support Training Managers
- Establish and enforce sales processes, KPIs, and accountability standards
- Monitor revenue targets, close rates, retention metrics, and team development
- Conduct performance evaluations, leadership coaching sessions, reviewing contracts, setting schedules for regional managers to meet with you and their reps for 1 on 1’s
- Develop growth strategies for market expansion and territory optimization
- Maintain strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Production teams
- Build and protect a high-performance sales culture, and anything else the position requires for success
Compensation Structure
- $70,000 annual base salary
- Quarterly performance bonuses based on revenue performance, metrics like profitability, and team retention
- Additional performance incentives to be determined
This role is structured for leadership stability and long-term growth impact rather than individual commission earnings.
