Responsibilities
- Open and close the office daily
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Complete bank runs and office errands
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Assist with internal training (Zoom hosting, screen sharing)
- Support general administrative needs as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of office/administrative experience
- Strong communication and organization
- Professional demeanor in person and over the phone
- Basic tech skills (email, Zoom, printers)
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $35,000
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
