Position Overview:
Our firm is seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and assist in managing cases from the beginning stages through settlement. In this role, you will help guide the clients through the treatment and case management process while coordinating and working alongside a dedicated team to ensure each case progresses efficiently.
Job Duties:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide consistent updates regarding case progress
• Maintain regular communication with insurance companies regarding liability and coverage decisions
• Manage case files within our case management system and ensure tasks, reminders, and deadlines are properly tracked
• Send LORs, LOPs, health insurance notices, and other required documentation
• Assist clients with property damage claims or guide them through the process when needed
• Obtain 1P declaration pages, and/or signed rejection from clients and insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, including medical records, billing documentation, lien information, and client correspondence
• Coordinate with the firm’s internal medical records and demand departments to monitor case progress during treatment and demand preparation
• Ensure every case has appropriate follow-up tasks and status updates in the case management system
• Use of Needles Neos software
• Prepare and send case-related correspondence to clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply (Spanish, Arabic, Pashto, Dari, or Urdu)
• Strong client communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong computer skills and experience working with case management software
• Experience coordinating medical records and treatment for personal injury cases preferred
