FTE: 100% WORK SHIFT Variable PAY RANGE: $22.14 - $32.60 UNION: SEIU 1199-Service and Dietary SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS: Weekend & Holidays Shifts: Yes On Call Shifts: No Shift Differentials: Evening - $3.00/hour Night - $5.00/hour Weekend - $4.50/hour Premiums: Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits) Lead - $3.25/hour On-Call - $3.00/hour Preceptor - $1.50/hour Trainer - $1.50/hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the security and safety of patients, visitors, Olympic Medical Center personnel and property. EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in criminal justice preferred. EXPERIENCE Two years of Hospital Security, Law Enforcement or Military Service required.
