Under the supervision of the Chef, performs a variety of food service duties as well as other related tasks. The floater is assigned variable days and shifts with the primary task being to competently fill in for any and all dietary positions as assigned.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required. Training in culinary arts or hospitality cooking preferred.
Experience
Two years experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred. Experience in all aspects of food preparation, daily operations and customer services a plus.
LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
Have or able to obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Permit. ServSafe certification preferred.

- Evening - $3.00/hour
- Night - $5.00/hour
- Weekend - $4.50/hour
- Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)
- Lead - $3.25/hour
- On-Call - $3.00/hour
- Preceptor - $1.50/hour
- Trainer - $1.50/hour
