Job Description
The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer is a highly visible executive leader responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and growth across the region of OMP outpatient care sites. This role demands a transformational leader who brings deep expertise in ambulatory operations, a sharp focus on performance metrics, and a relentless commitment to patient-centered care. The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer is accountable for enhancing operational efficiency, provider productivity, access to care, financial performance, and overall patient and staff experience. He/She possesses a deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operations and strategy. The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer is a proactive change agent who can scale operations, standardize systems, lead innovation, and develop high functioning teams.

EDUCATION
- Master’s degree in business or health-related field required
- A minimum of 5 years or more of progressive leadership experience in complex ambulatory operations or healthcare administration
- Strong understanding of physician practices, regulatory standards and financial management in healthcare
- Engages in the design of ambulatory strategic goals and initiatives that align with the institutional mission and strategic plan.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and create new strategies for utilizing capacity across the enterprise appropriately and using data driven approach to identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
- Deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operations and strategy
- Certification as FACHE preferred
