Overview
Ollie’s Azul House is an elevated taco and tequila concept located in the historic blue Oliver House in Rowlett. We are building a service experience centered on strong hospitality, consistency, and attention to detail.
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the service team and help oversee daily restaurant operations.
This role is hands-on. You will be on the floor during service, leading servers, supporting the team, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. You will also step into a broader leadership role when needed, helping manage the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations during service, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
- Set the standard for hospitality, professionalism, and guest experience
- Supervise and support servers, bartenders, and hosts during shifts
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift management
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all front-of-house areas
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
- Step into a leadership role when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of service flow and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
