Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a role in Exteriors (Roofing, siding, gutters, windows) and Property Handyman to support both our construction and property management divisions. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on labor, maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, project support, and seasonal needs such as snow removal.
This position is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities
Property Management Tasks (Year-Round):
- Handle maintenance requests
- Perform minor repairs and remodeling (paint, flooring, fixtures, drywall, etc.)
- Assist with tenant move-in/move-out needs
- Support appointment scheduling and vendor coordination
Winter Season Tasks:
- Interior renovations and repair work
- General handyman tasks
- Participation in snow removal (driveways, sidewalks, entryways, salting as needed)
Construction Support (Summer & Weather-Permitting):
- Assist with gutter installation, Roof Repairs
- Support roofing repair crews
- Assist with siding and window projects
- Prep and cleanup at job sites
- Help maneuver company vehicles during busy summer months—primarily assisting with positioning and backing up dumpster trailers, hauling material, and transporting job-site equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Exteriors construction(Roofing, siding, gutters, Windows), handyman tasks, or building maintenance
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with Exterior work (Roof, Siding, Gutters) Strongly Preferred
Bonus Skills:
- Past property maintenance experience
- Experience with Exteriors (Roofing, siding, gutters. etc...)
