What The Position is About:
- Run the day-to-day operations of the business
- Oversee leaders across sales, marketing, production, and office operations
- Drive revenue growth and EBITDA/profitability growth
- Work closely with the owner to execute company strategy
- Build trust with existing leaders as the reporting structure evolves
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven leadership experience in home improvement, exterior remodeling, home services, or a related industry
- Strong P&L understanding and financial accountability
- Experience leading multiple departments or business functions
- Operations or production leadership experience is preferred
- Ability to drive revenue growth and profitability growth
- Experience helping scale a company, branch, or division
- Strong systems and process improvement mindset
- Ability to work closely with an owner/visionary and execute the company’s plan
- Strong emotional maturity and ability to lead through change
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
