Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and maintaining gardens.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and heavy machinery like excavators for construction or landscaping projects.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around the property.
- Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Carry out general repairs around the facility to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects involving landscaping, construction, or tree care initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance work or related fields such as landscaping, construction, or horticulture.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and excavators.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and gardening principles.
- Ability to perform tree trimming and tree care tasks with proper safety procedures.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
