Pallet Builder – Full Time

Oliver’s Woodworking Inc., the largest pallet manufacturer in East, Tennessee, is growing and looking to add a full-time second shift Pallet Builder to our company family. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable, locally owned manufacturing company.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in roofing, block work, framing, masonry, or other hands-on construction trades, but all motivated applicants are encouraged to apply.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden pallets using hand and power tools
- Read basic pallet specifications and measurements
- Operate nail guns and assembly equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet production and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in construction trades is a plus (roofing, framing, masonry, block work, etc.)
- Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift
- Team-oriented mindset
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 3-11:30
- No nights
- No weekends
