Your Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT Division
This isn't your typical 360 role. Here's what makes it different:
✅ Pure business development focus - grow existing client accounts and create new relationships within Technology departments
✅ Identify and connect with key buyers through calls, digital marketing, and face-to-face meetings
✅ Dedicated delivery support - you've got a full recruitment team backing you up, so you can focus entirely on building major accounts
Responsibilities
- Market mapping and identification of key buyers within existing clients
- Business development and expansion within key identified buyers via calls, emails, and meetings
- Key Metrics: Meetings, pulling jobs, growth in targeted accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as local sales, delivery, and leadership to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience as a full-desk/360 recruiter or Account Manager at a staffing agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
Additional Details:
- Base salary of $69,000 - $85,000 depending on candidate experience
- Uncapped sales commission on a competitive structure
