Senior Recruitment Consultant – FinTech (Go-To-Market / Sales)

As demand for our services continues to surge, we’re expanding our Go-To-Market (Sales) practice and are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our New York team. This is a key strategic hire, designed for a top-performing recruiter ready to take ownership of a high-growth market and help us scale to meet increasing client demand.

The Role
- Own and grow relationships with senior leaders across global FinTech firms
- Deliver on a mix of exclusive and retained mandates
- Build and manage your market vertical leveraging EC1’s existing relationships and brand equity
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on market intelligence, team structures, and talent strategies
- Play a key role in the continued growth and direction of our Go-To-Market division
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record as a high-performing 360 recruiter, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services
- Experience running your own desk with strong billing performance
- A commercial, relationship-led approach where you build credibility quickly and deliver consistently
- Drive, ambition, and the desire to take ownership in a scaling, high-performing business
- Comfort in operating in your own autonomous environment
- Strong understanding of the Fintech landscape
