Quant Trader (Digital Assets)

A growing crypto-focused hedge fund is looking for experienced quantitative traders to help expand its systematic trading business. The firm is active across major centralized and decentralized markets and offers strong infrastructure, proprietary tools, and significant internal capital.

This role focuses on developing and scaling systematic strategies in crypto spot, futures, and options. The team is particularly interested in traders with experience in market-neutral and arbitrage strategies; cross-exchange arbitrage, funding rate arbitrage, basis trading, and related approaches.

Candidates Should Have

• At least three years of experience running systematic crypto strategies at a hedge fund, prop trading firm, or crypto-native trading group.
• A live, verifiable track record with a Sharpe ratio above 1.5 on meaningful capital.
• Proven success in arbitrage or market-neutral strategies, including statistical arbitrage, funding rate arbitrage, and spread trading.
• Strong quantitative research and programming skills, with a focus on automation and execution.
• A deep understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and execution.

This role is available in New York or Miami. The fund is open to candidates currently under non-compete agreements, with flexibility on start dates.
