We’re hiring ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join our New York team as Analysts, supporting our continued growth across specialist markets.


The Opportunity


As an Analyst, you will join one of our established specialist teams, aligned to a specific market where you’ll build deep expertise from day one. Your desk will be determined prior to joining, based on a combination of your strengths, interests, and business needs, setting you up to develop into a true market specialist.


You’ll begin with our 12-week Accelerator program, designed to equip you with the core skills needed to succeed in a 360 recruitment role, before transitioning into your aligned team with ongoing coaching and support.


What You’ll Be Doing


This is a high-performance, sales-driven role centered on building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients within your specialist market.


You will:

  • Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates through calls, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Build and develop client relationships through proactive business development
  • Qualify roles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
  • Advise clients and candidates as a consultative partner within your market
  • Negotiate offers, fees, and contracts
  • Generate leads and commercial insights to grow your desk
