Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst who is looking to grow their career and make a real impact. Their business is rapidly growing, and they believe a robust FP&A function is crucial to their growth. This is a high-visibility position where you'll be interacting with various C-level executives and be given the opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can test out different hypotheses and run analyses to drive actionable insights. You'll be communicating cross-functionally with all the business units to implement strategies for growing the top line and optimizing the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation and delivery of financial analysis and insights used to evaluate overall business performance and support decision-making.
* Participate in the development and management of financial and capital planning activities, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
* Operate effectively in a highly analytical, fast-paced, and complex environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership, accounting teams, and broader finance organizations across the enterprise.
* Contribute to the preparation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials utilized in various leadership and enterprise-wide forums.
* Partner with finance teams throughout the organization to support company-wide initiatives and strategic objectives.
* Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
* Maintain a professional presence in all interactions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders while upholding the company's reputation and values.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* 2 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
* Prior insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
* Experience working with ERP and financial planning systems, including Oracle NetSuite and Datarails, preferred.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and VBA, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Self-motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while independently managing competing priorities and deadlines.
