Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within insurance
- Background in regulatory filings and forms (SERFF experience preferred)
- Exposure to international compliance processes in jurisdictions such as the UK, Luxembourg, Malta, or France
- Strong understanding of insurance products (Property & Casualty experience required)
- Ability to interact with international regulators
- Experience working in global or cross-functional organizations a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Prepare, submit, and track regulatory filings and forms for insurance products in both US and international jurisdictions
- Collaborate with compliance colleagues and actuarial teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions
- Support compliance operations within a growing international-focused team
- Work with Property & Casualty insurance filings, with preference for commercial insurance background
- Utilize SERFF and other regulatory tools for filings management
- Contribute to developing processes and practices for a newer compliance function within the organization
