A great opportunity has arisen at a global Fund Administration firm that is going through exciting growth. They are looking for an experienced Onboarding specialist to assist with the onboarding of various funds ranging from: Private Equity, venture Capital, Real Estate and Private Credit.
The Onboarding Specialist must possess a strong understanding of fund structures, KYC processes, and technical systems implementation.

A leading provider of fund administration services in the United States, is looking for an Fund Onboarding specialist to join their firm. This role is for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Fund Onboarding Specialist to support client onboarding and implementation activities.
- Lead/assist in the end-to-end onboarding of new fund clients and structures, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
- Review and translate fund documentation (e.g., LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters) into system configurations.
- Configure and validate fund, investor, and transaction data in fund accounting platforms
- Conduct thorough KYC reviews in partnership with compliance/legal teams, ensuring adherence to all regulations.
- Coordinate with fund managers, administrators, legal teams, and internal departments to gather and verify documentation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of onboarding workflows and procedures.
Required Skills/Background
- Background in fund onboarding, investor services, fund operations, or administration.
- Knowledge of PE, VC, Private Credit, or RE fund structures.
- Strong ability to interpret and operationalize fund legal documents.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and investor due diligence processes.
- Technically inclined, with the ability to navigate complex systems and data structures.
- High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
This is a hybrid role either in Denver or NY.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
