We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, grow our global community, and help tell the Oliveda story across digital platforms. What You'll Do

Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Ensure consistent storytelling and brand messaging across all channels.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and influencer teams to produce engaging photo, video, and written content.
• Build meaningful relationships with our online community through thoughtful engagement and customer interaction.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while increasing audience engagement and loyalty.

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor key performance indicators including engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance and use insights to continuously optimize strategy.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Product Development, and Influencer Marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.
• Support product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives through strategic social media execution.

Stay Ahead of Trends

• Keep current with social media trends, platform updates, beauty and wellness culture, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new opportunities to expand brand awareness and audience growth.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and analytical thinking.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills
• Experience using analytics to drive strategy and improve campaign performance
• Knowledge of ROI/ROAS reporting and social media metrics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for sustainability, clean beauty, and mission-driven brands
