We're hiring now for the holiday season!
Olive & Cocoa is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our seasonal Customer Service team! We're filling positions immediately and offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, attendance and retention bonuses, and great employee perks.
Seasonal positions are currently expected to run through December 23, 2026, based on business needs.
Onsite positions are located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Remote positions are available to Utah residents only.

Compensation & Bonuses
Onsite: Earn up to $16.00/hour
- Base Pay: $13.00/hour
- Weekly Attendance Bonus: Up to $2.00/hour
- End-of-Season Retention Bonus: $1.00/hour
Remote: Earn up to $15.00/hour
- Base Pay: $13.00/hour
- Weekly Attendance Bonus: Up to $1.00/hour
- End-of-Season Retention Bonus: $1.00/hour
How Bonuses Work:
- Attendance Bonus: Paid weekly for eligible hours worked when all scheduled shifts are completed.
- Retention Bonus: An additional $1.00 per eligible hour worked, paid upon successful completion of the season.
Bonuses are subject to program eligibility requirements.

What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers find the perfect gifts, place orders, resolve concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Respond to customer calls and emails with professionalism and care.
- Assist with orders, returns, refunds, and reshipments.
- Recommend products and help customers find the perfect gifts.
- Resolve shipping and delivery concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and order information.
- Deliver outstanding service while representing the Olive & Cocoa brand.
Scheduling & Availability
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Shifts available between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
- Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities.
- Must be available to work at least two weekend days per month.
Paid Training & Immediate Start Dates
We're hiring immediately, with weekly training classes available throughout October and into November!
All employees must be available for the first two weeks of paid training, regardless of their regular work schedule.
Training Schedule:
- Week 1: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
- Ability to complete required training and meet seasonal scheduling expectations
