Superior Service Transport (SST) is a family-owned regional transportation company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. We proudly serve customers throughout Utah as well as Northern and Central Nevada. Customer Service serves as the primary point of contact between our company and our customers, handling incoming calls, tracking shipments, scheduling outbound pickups, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with terminal managers and drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve service issues, helping keep freight moving and customers informed. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, drivers, and internal team members

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

· Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally within the trucking or transportation industry.
