Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all evening restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff members to deliver outstanding service and maintain high performance levels.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
Skills
- Experience in quick service restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS for sales processing and cash handling.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams; experience in staff training and development is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of food safety management and kitchen operations within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Effective communication skills combined with a proactive approach to shift management and team leadership.
