This isn't a position for someone who simply supervises shifts. We're looking for leaders who set the pace, inspire others, and take ownership of the restaurant every day. What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Solve problems quickly and confidently.
- Open or close the restaurant depending on your scheduled shift.
- Jump in wherever needed—from the sandwich line to the dining room—because no job is beneath a leader.
- Help build a positive, accountable culture where employees enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do.

Restaurant management experience is preferred but not required for the right leader.
Schedule
We're building a management team that provides leadership throughout the day. Typical Monday–Friday shifts include (and would ideally be rotated monthly between):
- Olde Tyme Grocery Morning Lead: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Olde Tyme Grocery Mid/Evening Lead: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- BJs in Broussard Lead: 7am – 3:00 PM
Pay
-These are hourly positions ranging from $14-18/hr (depending on experience). Higher pay and salaried positions are available as we grow and hopefully open more stores
Managers rotate responsibilities to become well-rounded leaders across all areas of the restaurant.
Our Saturday schedule is similar, but managers rotate weekends so you'll typically work every other Saturday. We close at 7:00 PM on Saturdays, so there are no late-night closes.
We're closed every Sunday, giving our leadership team a consistent day off each week—a rare benefit in the restaurant industry.
