Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental clinic calendar efficiently.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to patient visits.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Process insurance claims accurately.
- Verify benefits
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar dental office role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and appointment scheduling software is essential.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft.
