Inside Parts Sales Specialist

The position responsibilities include retail and wholesale sales of OEM and aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts and accessories, providing outstanding customer service, and inventory control.

Must be dependable, outgoing, energetic, work well with others, and be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have prior heavy duty truck or auto parts sales experience.

Candidates should be proficient with Windows OS and Micosoft Office Suite. We are a leader in the industry and offer a very competitive salary and commission package, ongoing training, and benefits package.

  • Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
  • Performs and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of warehouse.
  • Operates forklift as needed.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.
  • Assist to control inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently. 
  • Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger.
  • Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per the dealership guidelines.
  • Verify receiving documents.
  • Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager.
  • Should be knowledgeable in merchandising

Inspect cores and returns and issued credits as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
