What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the Claim Services Supervisor and broader team to keep operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Examine, identify, and accurately interpret correspondence of mid-range complexity using various systems and tools
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering a positive and professional experience
- Communicate with workers’ compensation bureaus, attorneys, insurance carriers, and third-party adjusters to obtain necessary information
- Follow up to ensure timely receipt of documentation and maintain strong external relationships
- Create, organize, and maintain electronic files and internal resources
- Provide administrative support to enhance overall team efficiency
We’re looking for a motivated professional ready to excel as a Contact Center Representative. Successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
