- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products for use in kitchen and bakery.
- Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, recipe specifications, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, mixing bowls, food processor, refrigeration and utensils.
