We're looking for a Systems Administrator I to join our IT team as a first-line support resource and hands-on contributor to our day-to-day IT operations. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience. 0-2 years of experience.
Additional Requirements
You must have, or be eligible to obtain, a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance. You will be subject to government security investigations and must be able to access classified information. The inability to obtain a security clearance will result in you being ineligible for the position.
The person hired will have access to information and items subject to U.S. export controls and must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 C.F.R.

You'll work closely with senior IT staff and grow fast.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user IT issues, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks such as provisioning user accounts and configuring workstations per company policy
- Use Microsoft Intune to enroll and manage Windows 11 endpoints, and assist with basic Linux (Ubuntu) endpoint setup under guidance
- Support Azure Active Directory user account maintenance, including password resets, group membership, and basic policy tasks
- Assist with GitLab account provisioning and basic troubleshooting
- Help monitor on-premises infrastructure health and escalate anomalies to senior team members
- Assist with IT asset inventory tracking and documentation
- Perform workspace and equipment setup including cabling, hardware assembly, and basic network connections
- Support the IT Manager with CMMC-related documentation tasks under guidance
What We're Looking For
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and PC setup skills
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and entry-level endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune
- Working knowledge of Active Directory user account management
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- CompTIA A , Linux , or equivalent foundational certifications
- Experience providing IT help desk or end-user support
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration and basic Azure AD tasks
- Familiarity with hardware imaging and deployment workflows

- Salary range: $32.21 - $43.58
