Administrative Services Officer
The Okanogan County Department of Juvenile and Family Services is now accepting applications for a part time Administrative Services Officer. Starting salary range is $20.02-$24.33 per hour depending on experience plus benefits including: life and disability, dental, paid holidays (prorated) and sick leave accruals.
This position is dedicated specifically to the HCA Reentry Initiative providing essential administrative support to ensure compliance with grant requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum/Required Qualifications (see job description for complete list): • 18 years of age or older with and pass any required background checks. • Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in social services, public health, criminal justice, or public administration is preferred. • One to two years of administrative experience in a public service, healthcare, or justice involved setting is strongly preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including youth and families in crisis. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
