This is a remote position.
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate fluently in English and a second language, assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience across phone, email and online chat channels. Needs to maintain accurate customer records, provide timely support, explain products and services and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels in both required languages.
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain company products, services, policies, and procedures clearly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer information and document all interactions in the customer service system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
- Protect confidential customer information and follow company policies.
- Meet established customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and a second required language, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, web-based applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.
