Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial performance analyses.
- Monitor income, expenses, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Develop budgets and financial projections to support business planning.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and company policies.
- Reconcile financial accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, financial controls and operational performance.
- Coordinate payroll-related financial reporting and expense management.
- Assist with audits, tax preparation and financial documentation.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Collaborate remotely with accounting, operations, HR and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Salary : $118,000 - $220,000
