As a Floor Manager, you’ll not only help customers find their perfect vehicle but also guide them through the entire sales process — from application to contract. - Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
- Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other creative strategies.
- Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
- Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operational tasks.
- Help grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical business practices.
- Support Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
- Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.
- Serve as a key liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (Required)
- Clean and good driving record
- Full-time position
- Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
- Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Ocala, Florida (required)

- Base Salary: $30,000/year
- Total Compensation: $60,000-$85,000/year (including commissions)
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
