ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Gathers all materials necessary to perform job. · Operates all blasting machines. · Sandblasts all parts correctly. · Operates Wheel-a-brator. · Operates drill press. · Operates table-mounted router. · Records count of parts and puts parts in basket. · Daily records elapsed work time on labor ticket. · Reports to supervisor need for maintenance and repairs on all department equipment. · Learn customer parts by sight. · Operates forklift. · Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position. |

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Maintains clean work area · May move parts/inserts for other departments as well as Sandblast · Basic verbal and written communication skills · Basic mathematical skills · Reading comprehension skills · Attention to detail and accuracy · Reasoning and problem-solving skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: · Experience in manufacturing preferred · Experience with router and grinding mill preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Prolonged standing/walking/bending/twisting/crouching and squatting · Awkward postures of neck, shoulder, wrist, elbow or fingers · Occasional work in confined spaces or close quarters · Use of vibrating tools · Ability to hear · Ability to speak clearly · Requires wearing a respirator · Repetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movement · Occasional forceful hand grasp · Precise dexterity · Reading comprehension · Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally · Lifting from floor to waist · Frequent pushing/pulling forces up to/over 40 pounds · Reaching from shoulder level or below/over shoulder and while holding objects weighing 10 pounds · Seeing to distinguish colors/prepare/analyze figures, prepare/review documents, visually inspect and measure/assemble at a close distance · Frequent use of forklifts, power tools, slicing/cutting equipment, machinery and machinery that produces excessive heat WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: · Ability to endure a smoky/dusty work environment · Exposure to extreme cold/heat for more than an hour · High noise level SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION: · This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
