Field Service Engineer - Growing Printing Company - Texas
A global industrial technology company is expanding its direct operations in the United States and is seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to support customers across Texas.
This is a hands-on technical role involving installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment used in manufacturing and packaging environments. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose technical issues and respond to breakdowns quickly
- Provide professional customer support and technical guidance
- Travel regularly across Texas, mainly between Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Support customers in getting the best performance from their equipment
Requirements
- Experience in a technical service, engineering, maintenance, or customer-facing role
- CIJ or printing experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and travelling frequently
- Valid US driver’s license
- Willingness to stay away from home 2–3 nights per week
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas/Fort Worth area
