Principal Responsibilities
- Provide customer service
- Assist customers in an effective and efficient manner
- Assist with clerical/basic office duties including but not limited to:
- Provide office/front desk coverage when needed
- Assist with creation of reports
- Input data, like journal entries and accounts payable invoices
- Audit credit card reports
- Ability to address questions or concerns from faculty, staff, or campus visitors
- Come to work as scheduled by supervisor
- Follow department/office policies and procedures
- Assist with miscellaneous work/projects as instructed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to handle private and confidential material and information
- Professionalism
- Ability to multitask
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled as an ONU student
- Good academic standing
- Accounting or Business majors preferred, but all majors will be considered
